The official bio
Inspired by the fusion of art and technology, I make sculpture and costume characters which explore the union of creepy looks with a friendly soul. My work asks us to consider if what we habitually see as unsettling can also be kind.
In the late 90’s I began my explorations with early versions of 3D digital art, then in 2016 rekindled my endeavors by creating costumes, followed by 3D printed fine art in 2018.
It is never too late to begin a new discipline, and driven by that ethic I continue to learn with how to blend my technological skills with traditional artistic modalities. I fashion forms and faces that provoke us to pause, and ponder each character’s counterpoint.
I'm residing just outside of NYC with my wife and two cats; When not making art he can be found working in IT.
